Pay My Rent

There are several ways to pay your rent. Choose the option that works best for you.

When making payments, please remember to include your Tenant ID as the payment reference so we can correctly allocate your payment.

Online Payment (BPOINT)

You can pay your rent online using our secure payment page, using your Tenant ID as the ‘Reference’. You can also use this option to pay for water, repairs, bond or other charges.

Make Payment

Centrepay (Centrelink)

If you receive Centrelink payments, you can have your rent deducted automatically using Centrepay. This is a free and easy way to stay up to date with your rent. You can set this up:

  • through your myGov account or Express Plus Centrelink app
  • by contacting us to complete a Centrepay form

Direct Deposit (bank transfer)

You can transfer your rent using online banking or at a bank branch. Pacific Link Housing’s bank details:

ATM Deposit (cash or cheque)

We can provide you with an ATM Deposit Code card, which can be used at a Commonwealth Bank ATM.

This allows you to deposit cash or cheques directly into your account with Pacific Link Housing.

Cheque or Money Order

You can send a cheque or money order by post or bring it to our office.

Please note that we do not accept cash payments at the office.
