We have evolved from a housing management organisation to one that also plays a direct role in increasing housing supply. Through our development program, we deliver well-designed homes that are practical, sustainable and support strong, connected communities.
Since 2016, we have delivered more than 150 homes across multiple projects, with a growing pipeline of developments underway across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Hunter regions.
