Social Enterprises

Social Enterprises

Pacific Link Housing operates social enterprises that deliver commercial services while supporting positive social outcomes.

These enterprises generate income that is reinvested into our organisation, helping to fund tenant programs, sustainability initiatives and community outcomes. This model allows us to extend our impact beyond housing and support long-term outcomes for tenants and communities.

Key2 Realty

Key2 Realty is a social enterprise real estate agency established by Pacific Link Housing in 2019.

They provide professional property management services to private landlords across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Hunter regions. Through this work, a portion of profits is reinvested into Pacific Link Housing’s tenant support programs.

These programs support tenants to build independence, develop skills and improve their quality of life through initiatives focused on education, employment and wellbeing.

By combining quality property management with a clear social purpose, Key2 Realty creates an additional and sustainable funding source that strengthens long-term tenancy outcomes.

Renew Projects

Renew Projects is a social enterprise established by Pacific Link Housing in 2024, specialising in residential maintenance and renovation services.

Operating across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Hunter regions, Renew Projects supports the delivery of safe, secure and well-maintained homes through responsive maintenance and property upgrades.

As a profit-for-purpose business, a portion of its earnings is reinvested into sustainability initiatives across Pacific Link Housing’s housing portfolio. This includes improvements that enhance comfort, energy efficiency and long-term environmental outcomes.

By linking maintenance services with reinvestment in sustainability, Renew Projects strengthens both the quality and performance of our housing.
