About Pacific Link Housing

We manage a diverse portfolio, including properties owned by Homes NSW, homes leased from private landlords and homes we have developed. We also deliver programs and services that support tenants to maintain their tenancy and feel part of their community.

In partnership with Women’s Community Shelters, we provide transitional housing for women aged 55 and over who are at risk of homelessness in Lake Macquarie. Tingira House offers fully furnished rooms, shared spaces and on-site support, with a pathway to longer-term housing.
Social Enterprises
That Give Back
Key2 Realty and Renew Projects are Pacific Link Housing’s wholly owned social enterprises. They provide property management and maintenance services, with a portion of profits reinvested into tenant programs and sustainability initiatives across our housing portfolio.
