Pacific Link Housing continues to expand its housing portfolio through a pipeline of projects across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Hunter regions.

Our current pipeline includes more than 89 homes at various stages of planning and delivery. These projects include a mix of development types and funding models, reflecting a practical and flexible approach to increasing housing supply.

We work across a range of delivery methods, including new developments, partnerships and turnkey opportunities. This allows us to respond to local housing need and changing market conditions.

We continue to work with government and industry partners to progress new projects. This includes opportunities through initiatives such as the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF), as well as state-based programs.

In addition to new developments, we consider other opportunities to grow our portfolio, including acquisitions and management transfers, where they support timely and cost-effective housing outcomes.
