About Us
Our Organisation
Our Organisation
Pacific Link Housing is a Tier One registered Community Housing Provider with more than 40 years’ experience supporting the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Hunter regions.
We provide safe, secure and affordable homes for those in need, while also working to increase housing supply through our development program. Our work includes tenancy and property management, new housing delivery and tenant support services.
We currently manage close to 1,200 properties across six local government areas: Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock. Our main office is located in Gosford, with a by-appointment office in Belmont.
Our Vision
Thriving and inclusive communities that benefit everyone.
Our Mission
To provide safe, secure and affordable homes for those in need.
Our Values
Respectful
We work respectfully together, prioritise safety and support each other.
Responsible
We continually learn and adapt to create social impact whilst maintaining financial sustainability.
Resolute
We are determined to achieve, know our strengths, yet remain humble.
How We Operate
Our work is guided by strong governance, an experienced team and a practical approach to delivering housing and support services.
Our work is supported by two social enterprises, which provide property management and maintenance services while contributing to tenant programs and sustainability initiatives.
We operate under the guidance of a skills-based Board of Directors, who provide strategic direction and oversight, while our team delivers services across tenancy management and support.
We work closely with partners across government, industry and the community sector to deliver housing, support tenants and respond to local housing need.
Industry Engagement
Pacific Link Housing works with local councils, government and sector organisations to contribute to policy, research and sector development related to housing.
This includes contributing to local housing strategies, participating in industry forums and developing research that highlights housing need and supports future planning.
Our History
Pacific Link Housing was formed in 1996 through the merger of two housing associations with a combined history dating back to 1984.

Our founder and former CEO, Sheila Astolfi, played a significant role in shaping the organisation and its commitment to housing access and equity. The Education Support Program was later established in her honour.
Pacific Link Housing was a founding member of the NSW Federation of Housing Associations and has grown from a housing management organisation into one that also delivers new housing and expanded services.
In 2014, we were registered as a Tier One provider under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing. In 2019, we established Key2 Realty as a social enterprise, followed by Renew Projects in 2024, further extending our capability and impact.
Awards and Recognition
Pacific Link Housing and its subsidiary social enterprises have been recognised through industry awards for housing developments, innovation and organisational excellence.
