We want your home to be safe, comfortable and in good condition.

If something isn’t working as it should or needs repair, please let us know as soon as possible. Reporting issues early helps us respond quickly and prevent problems from getting worse.

Request a Repair

You can report maintenance or repairs by:

Please provide as much detail as you can about the issue. Photos can also help us understand what needs to be fixed.

Emergency Repairs

If you have an urgent repair outside business hours, please refer to your lease documents for emergency contact details.

Emergency repairs are serious issues that need immediate attention, such as:

  • burst water pipes
  • gas leaks
  • major electrical faults
  • flooding or sewer issues

If you are in immediate danger, call 000.

Repair Timeframes

We aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible. Timeframes will depend on the type of repair and the availability of contractors. In general:

  • Emergency repairs: within 24 hours
  • Urgent repairs: within a few days
  • General repairs: within 14–28 days

If your repair is taking longer than expected, please contact us so we can follow it up.

What to Expect

When you report a repair:

  • we will assess the issue and arrange a contractor
  • the contractor will contact you to organise a suitable time
  • you may need to provide access to your home

Being available for appointments helps us complete repairs as quickly as possible.

Looking After Your Home

To help us manage repairs effectively:

  • please report any issues directly to Pacific Link Housing
  • repairs are arranged through our approved contractors
  • let us know if something has been damaged or needs attention

You may be responsible for the cost of repairs if damage is caused by household members, visitors or pets.

Home Improvements and Changes

If you would like to make any changes to your home, please contact us first.

You will need written approval before starting any work. This helps ensure the work is safe and suitable for your property.
